By installing, accessing, or using the With the Fam Chrome Extension and associated web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

With the Fam is a browser companion tool that coordinates video playback state (play, pause, seek) across independent accounts on third-party streaming services. With the Fam is not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, or Apple TV+.

3. User Accounts & Streaming Subscriptions

All participants must have their own valid access or subscription to the respective streaming provider. With the Fam does not provide video content, bypass authentication, or permit unauthorized streaming.

4. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to use the service to transmit abusive, hateful, or unlawful communications or harass other participants. We reserve the right to suspend or block users who violate these guidelines.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
